Do you accept orders outside of the United States?
Absolutely! We're more than glad to offer all of our items internationally.

Returns/Exchanges:
We do accept returns/exchanges if an item is damaged upon arrival. To be eligible, the product must be returned within 10 days after delivery. Simply send the damaged item to the address below, and reach out to our Customer Support with details on your exchange:

When will I receive my order?
The situation with the Covid pandemic is affecting the worldwide postal system and also our supply chains, so we apologise for any delay in your order,
Orders are shipped out typically within 2-3 business days once the order is placed. Shipping duration depends on where you are located, and varies approximately as followed:
United States: 2 - 10 Business Days
Canada: 5 - 21 Business Days
International: 10 - 21 Business Days
Again, this are all approximate times. Depending on your local shipping service, your package may arrive sooner or later than those listed.
- Please Note: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; ERB Shop has no control over these fees

What is a Pre-Order item?
Any item that is listed as a Pre-Order item will be clearly marked in the item title or the description. Basically, this means that the item is currently in production and will be shipped out as soon as production is finished. An estimated shipping date will also be clearly listed in the description section of any pre-order item.
